Jim Bur – Founder and DCM (Director of Constellation Management)
Provenance: Brand developer, car guy, ice sculptor, artist, fisherman. An Industrial Design major whose winding road of life steered him
to his first 15+ professional years in automotive advertising and marketing for Chrysler, Plymouth, Jeep®, Chrysler International, Mopar
Performance and Dodge Viper Club programs. His passion then launched into 20+ years of agency-based global licensing for brands like
Jeep/Dodge/Ram/Chrysler/Mopar, RAMCHARGERS, Michelin/BFGoodrich, Polaris, and HUMVEE® brands.

Million Billboards was imagined as a toolbox filled with 31+ years of grease under the nails, dotconnecting and passion used to craft a creative resource for clients that want a hands-on approach and an engaged brand development partner. The program always comes first.
